i'm excited to be participating in my EIGHTH AV200 ride to support the Emory Vaccine Center.  200 miles in 2 days to show our commitment to find a cure.  This year, I'm chairing the organization that puts on the ride.  It's a lot of work, but we keep doing it because the need is so great.

Georgia and the Southeast continue to have the highest rates of HIV transmission in the US, there is still no vaccine, and the charities that help those contracting HIV have lost significant funding since COVID.  The AV200 ride is in its 20th year, and we have raised nearly $3,700,000 in that time.

I need your help to support the Emory Vaccine Center's ongoing effort to find a cure for HIV.  I'm hoping to raise at least $7,500.
