ABETTERBUZZ for AV200
Help me reach (or pass) my goal of $3,000 for the AV200. The AV200 is a two-day, 200-mile ride that raises money to stop HIV/AIDS.The ride begins May 16th on the campus of Emory University, travels through the eastern Atlanta suburbs then into the countryside past several scenic towns until arriving at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center near Eatonton, Georgia. The return is a nearly identical reverse route on May 17.
In 2020 I turn 40 years old, and to kick off a new decade, I'm pushing myself to do things I've never done in my life...and I'm starting with a 200 mile bike ride that serves an extremely important purpose in our community and beyond; finding a vaccine for HIV/AIDS.
You may have donated to the ABETTERBUZZ Squad Field Day team in previous years or attended ABETTERBUZZ pop up events benefitting Action Cycling Atlanta. I cannot thank you enough for your support in my journey thus far and I'm asking for your consideration to continue your support for my next journey. Being actively invested in the community I live in is extremely important to me, and giving back to my community is equally important to me.
You're probably wondering the same things I am. Am I crazy? Most likely. Do I have the "know how" to do something of this magnitude? Nope. Do I believe in myself to accomplish something like this? I'm getting there. Am I going to work my ass off to make it happen? ABSOLUTELY!
